Privacy Policy for Pro Sort

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Pro Sort (the "Game"), developed by Tarkwn ("we", "us"), handles information when you use it on Android. By installing and playing the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we do and do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account with us, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact details ourselves.

Your game progress (levels, coins, jokers, settings) is stored locally on your device. If you are signed in to Google Play Games Services, your progress is also backed up to your Google account and your leaderboard scores are stored on Unity's servers, as described in section 2.

The Game also uses third-party services for advertising and in-app purchases. These services may automatically collect certain information, as described below.

2. Google Play Games Services (sign-in, cloud save, leaderboards)

The Game uses Google Play Games Services. Where it is available on your device, sign-in happens automatically with the Google account already used for Google Play Games. When signed in:

• Cloud save: your game progress is saved to the Saved Games storage of your own Google account, so it can be restored after reinstalling the Game or on a new device. This data is held by Google within your account. We never receive your Google account credentials.
• Leaderboards: to show in-game rankings, your public Play Games display name, profile image URL, and your scores (best Wild score and total stars) are stored on Unity Gaming Services (UGS) servers and are visible to other players in the Game's leaderboard.
• Player identifier: a Play Games identifier is used to link your leaderboard entry to your account so that reinstalling the Game does not create a duplicate entry.

If you do not sign in to Google Play Games, the Game still works: progress stays on your device only, and no leaderboard entry is created. See Google's Privacy Policy and Unity's Privacy Policy.

3. Advertising

The Game shows optional rewarded video ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation (which includes Unity Ads / ironSource and may mediate other ad networks). To deliver and measure ads, these providers may collect and process:

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AD_ID);
• Device information (model, operating system, language, network type);
• Approximate location derived from IP address;
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, completions).

This data is used to show ads, limit ad frequency, measure performance, and (where permitted) personalize ads. We do not control how these third parties use the data; please review their policies:

4. Analytics

The Game uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the Game is played (for example, which level was started or completed, and how long it took). This data is not used to identify you personally. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details. Google processes the transaction and shares with us only confirmation of the purchase so we can grant the purchased item. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Children

Pro Sort is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the age defined by applicable law (e.g., 13 under COPPA, 16 under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the Game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your choices and rights

• Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Consent (EEA/UK): Where required, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time within the Game.
• Cloud save & leaderboard: You can delete the Game's Play Games data (including the cloud save and your leaderboard entry) from the Google Play Games settings for your account, or by contacting us at the address below.
• Local data: To clear locally stored progress, uninstall the Game or clear its data in Android settings.
• GDPR (EEA/UK): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing.
• CCPA (California): You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

8. Data retention & security

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it. Cloud save data remains in your Google account until you delete it through Google Play Games. Leaderboard entries remain until you request deletion. Data handled by our ad, analytics, and payment partners is retained according to their respective policies. We rely on these established providers' security practices to protect data processed through their services.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
