These terms govern your use of the mobile game Weft: Fill-In Puzzles ("the game"). By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not modify, decompile, resell, or redistribute it, and you may not use cheats, automation, or modified clients to interfere with the game or with other players' scores.
Playing does not require an account. Puzzle progress and settings are stored on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, that local progress is lost and cannot be recovered by us.
The leaderboard is optional and is provided through Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in, your Google Play Games profile name, avatar and score are shown to other players on the public leaderboard. Your score entry is tied to your Play Games player identity, not to a name you type in. Use of Google Play Games Services is also subject to Google's own terms.
We may remove scores that appear to be obtained through cheating, tampering, or errors, and we may reset a leaderboard if it becomes unusable.
The game is free and supported by advertising. Some optional features, such as extra hints, may be offered in exchange for watching a rewarded ad. Watching an ad is always your choice; if an ad fails to load or is closed early, the reward is not granted.
The game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy; please direct refund requests to Google Play. A purchase applies to the Google account that made it.
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change, or discontinue features, including the leaderboard, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Puzzles may have more than one valid solution; any correct fill is accepted.
The game, its artwork, and its content are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
